Condition of the Item: In order for a return to be processed, the item must be in brand-new, unused condition. This means the handbag should not show any signs of wear, scratches, stains, or damage. Additionally:
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging, including the dust bag, box, and any accessories or documentation that came with it.
- We kindly ask that the product be free of any personal odors, pet hair, or signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows visible signs of wear or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items: We value transparency and want to ensure our customers are aware of which items are not eligible for return. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Any products marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Custom-made items or handbags that have been personalized.
- Gift cards or any promotional items.
2. Return Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria for a return, the process is easy and efficient. Please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, the handbag you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond promptly and assist you in obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Without an RMA number, we are unable to process your return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request has been reviewed, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. You will be provided with an RMA number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

Shipping the Return: You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the return shipment for your protection. PUFFYCARENEI is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.

Return Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note, the return inspection may take 5-7 business days from the time we receive your item. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund will not include any shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item). Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your handbag for a different style, color, or size, we recommend processing a return and then placing a new order. This ensures that you can secure your preferred item as quickly as possible.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a pre-paid return label and ensure that the return shipping is covered. Once we receive the item, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
